I am an Information Systems Engineer (Belgrade University, FON) by profession.
I received my training and certification in ADHD coaching with Goldmind Academy (UK). I previously received my NLP Master (IANLP curriculum) and NLP Practitioner (IN curriculum) certifications, as well as certifications in business coaching and personal development with Evercoach (Mindvalley, US).
In recent years, my professional and personal growth has also been greatly influenced by the work and research of Dr. Joe Dispenza in the fields of neuroscience and self-development.
I believe ADHD should be viewed through a broader lens than the conventional medical model, which focuses on what is “lacking” and offers only clinical solutions.
What we need is a more nuanced approach, one that acknowledges the challenges of ADHD, but also recognizes how they are often exacerbated by social rules, expectations, and systems that are not designed to accommodate diverse neurological patterns and ways of functioning.
This social context reminds us that barriers often arise from the environment itself, and that when the environment adapts, difference stops being a problem and become a strength.
ADHD coaching helps individuals understand their unique neurological makeup and empowers them to develop personalized strategies for overcoming both social and practical barriers. (“ADHD… Now what?” By K.Friendman & A.Campbell)
